These conditions govern access to and use of this website. Opening a page, reading its material, or submitting a search means the user accepts every term below. Anyone who does not agree must discontinue use.

NO FCRA USE. This privately operated website has no government affiliation. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides a service for credit, employment, insurance, tenant, or other decisions governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The material points readers toward Dawes County and Nebraska record resources. It is not a private investigation service or a consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site, independent of every government office. It neither stores official criminal records nor retrieves records, conducts official checks, or files papers for a user.

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information found here or through a linked service may not be used to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate. Nebraska registry law makes misuse especially serious: the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry warns against retaliation, and Neb. Rev. Stat. § 29-4009 limits public and law-enforcement-only registry fields. Registry access supports lawful safety awareness, never vigilante conduct or an FCRA-regulated decision.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and does not create consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. Its partners are not presented as services for FCRA screening. A user must not rely on site content or a linked tool to:

  • Decide whether to hire or fire someone
  • Screen potential renters or housing applicants
  • Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
  • Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
  • Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

A regulated check must come from a legally appropriate official or FCRA-compliant provider. The Nebraska State Patrol Patrol Criminal History product has its own scope and lawful-use rules.

5. No Legal Advice
